Terms of cancellation:

All reservations must be made by credit card to be confirmed.

Cancellation must be written - by fax or e-mail - stating the date of cancellation. In all cases, if the cancellation occurs (received by our establishment):

more than 15 days before arrival: no billing
14 to 3 days before arrival date - 50% of the total will be charged
less than 48 hours before arrival date - 100% of the first night price will be charged
Non-attendance on the day of arrival - 100% of the total stay will be charged
